Ultrasonic Equipment since 1977
Since our beginnings in 1977 we are specialized in ultrasonic equipment for industrial applications like welding, staking, cutting or cleaning. Most projects were done in close cooperation with our customers as each electronic device should fit its specific needs of the overall system construction. To fulfill all different requirements individual generators tailored to specific needs of our customers have become our core business.
From 1995 to 2015 we were a partner in a development and production project with a major blue chip company located in the US and Germany. The developed generators for 20kHz, 30kHz and 40kHz have a 1kW, 2kW and 4kW power rating in a 19“ housing including numerous communication variants from basic HMI performance up to Profibus communication.
From 2007 to 2016 we realized a development and production project with a customer in Switzerland with generators in 1kW and 2kW power rating at 20kHz or 35kHz. These 19“ housing devices can be equipped with Profibus and are well known for their outstanding amplifier with minimum mean time to failure and thus became an industry standard in numerous applications.
In 2021 we could finalize our latest project together with a customer in India. Customized devices are based on our ready to use BSG3510 device and cover 1000W in 35kHz plastic welding applications.
Our technical knowledge and over 40 years of experience in building ultrasonic devices has recently led to the development of our new BSG generator series. Feel free to check out functionality by testing a demo device or come up with some special needs for a tailored version of it.
